Since 1983 we have offered a full range of hand bookbinding and restoration services of extraordinary quality including repair and rebinding of antiquarian books as well as those of family or personal significance, such as Bibles and books of children’s stories; design bindings that creatively interpret the contents; clamshell and drop spine boxes, slipcases, portfolios and other protective enclosures for books and other objects; and dust jacket repair.

We work with cloth, paper, leather, vellum and gold leaf. All materials are chosen for durability, longevity and aesthetic quality.

Our clients include books dealers and collectors, families preserving their heritage for future generations, and institutions. Many have used our hand bookbinding services for year after year, or now, decade after decade. While many are in New York, New England and other parts of the northeast, our clients come from across the country and as far away as Europe and Australia. We are located in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York.
